Service Description
Join us for a fun, joint event hosted by Heather and Amy from LIV & Leaf and Round Rock Community Clay. First learn the basic methods of hand building, and different materials available (clay bodies) that we will be using to create our planters. Then we will sketch out an idea, or look up visual references to the preferred shape and style of your planter. And then you will create a one of a kind planter using hand building and a variety of tools and texture rollers and stamps. Then, in our Houseplants for Beginners session, we'll cover all the basics of houseplant care including how to choose the right plant for your space, and how to help it thrive. All guests will receive one beginner houseplant with care instructions! BYOB and enjoy responsibly! **Pots take up to a week to dry and go through a bisque kiln. Please return within 60 days to glaze the pots. Pots take another 7 days after glazing to go through a glaze firing. Glaze nights are Tuesday/Thursdays from 5:30-8:30pm. Stuff happens we get it, but if you cant make a class you purchased, please let us know asap so we can reschedule and apply credit to another class. Please give 3 days notice or we have a hard time filling your seat. **UNDER 3 days notice NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, only credit for a future class within 60 days at the studios discretion.
