This is a SINGLE DAY registration-$85/day Please click 3 day to register for the full week at a discount ($220) Week 3- WEIRD & WACKY CREATURES POTTERY CAMP Day 1 – Monsters With Manners: Friendly beasts, googly-eyed bowls, and creatures that are more silly than scary. Day 2 – Things That Should Not Exist: Half fish, half cactus? A snail with a tiny house on its back? Yes. Build the animal no one asked for but everyone needs. Day 3 – The Creature Emporium: Every camper creates their signature weird creature and gives it a name, a habitat, and a backstory. WEIRD & WACKY CREATURES POTTERY CAMP If it's a little strange, a little ugly, and completely yours — it belongs here. In this hands-on summer camp, young artists will dream up creatures that have never existed before and bring them to life in clay. Campers will use both hand building and wheel throwing techniques to create one-of-a-kind ceramic beings inspired by: 👾 Monsters With Manners – Build friendly, googly-eyed beasts, lumpy mugs with faces, and creatures that are weird but surprisingly lovable. 🐟 Things That Should Not Exist – Half cactus, half frog? A worm with a top hat? A snail the size of a house? Nothing is too strange. If you can imagine it, you can build it. 🏪 The Creature Emporium – Give your signature creature a name, a habitat, and an origin story. Then build the world it lives in. Each day is a mix of clay work, creative storytelling, and absolute chaos in the best possible way. Campers will take home their fired and finished creatures as proof that the weirdest ideas make the best art. All materials, tools, firing and glazing fees are included. Please dress to get messy. Aprons will be provided. Please pack a lunch and/or snack items and water bottles. Expect campers to keep 8-10 items created during the week or 2-3 daily. All items created take 1-2 weeks to fire. Items must be picked up/glazed within 60 days.
